Welcome to Isomer Aged Care Facility, a welcoming inclusive and multicultural home located in the leafy suburb of Lysterfield in Melbourne’s Southeast. Isomer Aged Care offers permanent care and respite options. All our rooms have a view to extensive garden and lawn areas. Our residents have access to a secure courtyard that has raised garden beds, barbeques facilities for family visits and social occasion and a large bird aviary to accommodate our pet budgies. There are 50 single rooms with ensuite facilities, and personalisation of the room with belongings, furnishings and keepsakes is encouraged. Isomer Aged Care Facility is proudly a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997 by the local Muslim community (the Islamic Society of Melbourne Eastern Region).
